Welcome to All Parts
Can you remember who you were, before the world told you who you should be?” (Bukowski, 2019).

My name is CRAIG, the founder of 'All Parts Welcome'.
I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner and Coach.
This is the unraveling journey I invite each of my clients on. I believe it is not simply what is going wrong in my life, but who I am really and what I need or want. I support clients to deeply listening to their deeper wounds, fears, their unexpressed hopes and desires. This compassionate listening allows for healing and restorative choices in our systems. Greater awareness offers greater choice, and greater choice brings a greater sense of empowerment in our everyday lives.
All of you are welcome, accepted, and valued. No matter what you are struggling with I will support you to explore your inner world and hold the space we create with compassion and hope.
Why People Come
OVERTHINKING
For the minds that won't stop debating, considering, worrying and generally being noisy.
ANXIETY
Many of us feel permanently anxious or are worrying. It's a debilitating feeling and we can't stop it
NOT SLEEPING
Failing to fall asleep, failing to stay asleep. Not getting the rest you need and thinking in the night.
NO PURPOSE
Why am I here? What is it all for? What shall I do with my life? Great questions that need an answer.
ADDICTION
Unable to control the urges and needing to drink, smoke, do drugs and other things. We are seekers of escape.
Support Tailored to You
We offer therapy, coaching, and mentorship through a blend of evidence-based and holistic methods:

Often clients contact me when other therapy has not helped them in the way they had hoped. This is often due to the complexity of difficulties being layered perhaps in a history of trauma. Distress in the body and mind can be triggered by what appears to be something superficial. This can open up the past or come at a time when our emotional resilience is low so this event has a greater impact than it may have done. We can find ourselves not being able to function in our normal way. Many clients often identify as 'good copers' and those who 'just get on with it'. Perhaps we can't now - this is frightening and can derail us.
I offer integrative, compassionate focused, CBT and IFS therapy. We are all different so it's important that therapy is tailored and flexible so I also offer 'walk and talk' eco-therapy. I work with the mind- body connection and how it communicates our distress.
I work with many different people from all walks of life. We all have fears and losses. Sometimes we need a safe space to explore our past, where we are now and what we need. To be heard, understood and supported. That's what I offer you. I work with clients irrespective of sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnic background and religious beliefs.
Offering various forms of therapy/coaching and emotional support to give you the momentum to be a better YOU.
We offer life coaching, consultancy work, career coaching, spiritual mentorship and many other forms of bespoke support.

A lot of my clients require flexibility and are internationally based so to accommodate this the majority of coaching can be carried out online. There may be occasions when a face to face coaching session would be more comfortable or appropriate so we try to be as flexible as possible.

internal family systems (IFS) model
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as made up of distinct "parts," each with its own perspectives, emotions, and roles, often developed as a way to cope with life experiences, especially trauma. At the center of the system is the "Self," which is considered calm, compassionate, and capable of healing. In IFS, individuals learn to access and lead from the Self to understand, unburden, and harmonize their internal parts—often categorized as exiles (wounded parts), managers (protective parts that prevent pain), and firefighters (impulsive parts that react to distress). The goal of therapy is to foster internal balance and healing by helping clients develop compassionate relationships with all parts of themselves.
Craig is a very dedicated, flexible and trustworthy professional. What I appreciated the most is that he is tutoring with real-life experience for real-world business situations and that he is practising in a transparent style, focusing on personal values and supporting individual aims. It was a great inspiration, and a pleasure working with him.
James N. Operations Manager.
Craig is an excellent therapist. He has the ability to read between the lines and help you find your roadblocks. He is compassionate and honest. We have covered a lot of ground during our sessions and it has helped me become more efficient in my work and more content with its processes. I highly recommend Craig as a therapist.
Dianne B. Personal Assistant.
Craig puts his natural empathy, curiosity and personal experience to the service of his sessions, which are always engaging and mind-opening. Whether you need to improve your skills, practice mindfulness or overcome specific challenges, you will always benefit from Craig's sessions.
Steven M. Gym Manager.
When I first started working with Craig I had completely lost my way in life, I felt as if I had nothing to offer. Craig has shown me what I have to offer the world and once again to start feeling good about who I am. The most powerful thing Craig has given me is the ability to say who I am and what I stand for, a great feeling!
Andy G. Eternal Student.
I worked with Craig after struggling to find the next step in my career and to explore the possibility of living abroad. Craig was fantastic. We set objectives for what I wanted to accomplish, identified my values, tackled current work issues and explored future career ideas. I was so pleased at the structure and focus of each session. A year later, I can honestly say that I have work life balance and better non-defensive communication skills. I highly recommend Craig. He's the complete package: focused, reflective, practical, productive, and supportive.
Eve G. Media Assistant.
Craig is a very empathic and professional. My sessions with him helped me truly move forward with life. He has a versatile tool box that can help anyone gain clarity, make great change, and create next steps while having a supportive ear by your side.
Calum S. Paramedic.
I greatly appreciate your grounded, clear, approach to understanding my ADHD mind and your help distilling and calendaring my action items so I don’t get anxious and give into procrastination!
Yvonne B. Sales Manager.
Thank you so much, Craig! Everything has been going so well for me since our first session. I got the raise I wanted at work and I realize how much more confidence I have. I wake up grateful everyday with a big smile on my face.
Julie F. Primary School Teacher.
