What is coaching?
Coaching can help you to make, meet and exceed personal and professional goals. This can be either in the workplace, home or whatever environment you desire change within. It harnesses techniques based on core psychological principles and intuition. The coaching is to provide the structure and clarity for you to face your truths and push past emotional barriers. It is very objective with no judgement and aims to give you the power to help yourself.
What coaching is not.
Coaching is not a form of counselling or therapy. As a health care professional I am able to give you the best advice if I feel that you may benefit from therapy or counselling. I quite regularly have clients who work with myself whilst also being involved in therapy or counselling.
What can coaching help with?
There are infinite answers but examples such as love life, business life, personal life and performance. The principle of coaching is easily transferable to all aspects of life. Once you have learned the skills and ability to see how situations can be viewed differently you can then apply it to all aspects of your life where you feel change is necessary.
What type of clients do you work with?
Here at Fma group we work with a broad range of clients internationally and from all walks of life. If you take responsibility for your life then coaching will work. The fact that you are even considering life coaching means you have already made a decision to take control back.
What type of techniques do you use?
We incorporate a mixture of NLP, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy along with other various techniques such as parts therapy, meditative states and humanistic psychology. A lot of the techniques are based on getting YOU the client to become aware of your barriers. The main purpose and common theme is identifying limiting beliefs that you may not even be aware of.
How do you deliver coaching?
The majority of sessions are delivered on line due to the fact of a lot of clients that we support are internationally based. This means that it is much easier to schedule and can be done from the comfort of your own home, There may be occasions that we can meet in person if we happen to be in the same location. We can find a way.
